About this coffee
Vanilla Moon comes from producer Bang Edi and his farming community in Toba, Sumatra. The coffee is Catimor grown at around 1400 m a.s.l. and processed in a way that highlights a sweet, creamy and immediately recognizable vanilla character.
This is not an ordinary “flavored coffee” where aroma simply covers the base. The Real Vanilla Infused process works with the coffee during processing, creating a deeper dessert-like profile while keeping the cup smooth, clean and enjoyable.
