Brasília Doce Samba
Product detailed description
BRASIL DOCE SAMBA
Cup character
Brasil Doce Samba tells a story born in the heart of Cerrado Mineiro — one of the most stable and celebrated specialty coffee regions in Brazil. Warm days, cooler nights and abundant sunshine allow for even ripening of the coffee cherries. The result is beans with high sweetness, low acidity and a characteristically velvety Brazilian profile.
The Mundo Novo and Catuai varieties, processed using the natural method, bring a full chocolate body, gentle caramel and nutty sweetness with a hint of peach in the finish. No sharp acidity, no unnecessary bitterness — just pure, velvety comfort in every sip.
The story of Brasil Doce Samba
The vast highland plateaus of Minas Gerais state, with a regular alternation of rainy and dry seasons. Ideal conditions for growing quality arabica — even ripening, high sweetness, low acidity. One of the most stable specialty coffee regions in the world.
A respected agro-cultural cooperative based in Carmo do Paranaíba, founded in 1965. It unites hundreds of local growers — from small micro-lot producers to large farms — providing comprehensive support including modern cupping laboratories, storage capacity for 300,000 bags of coffee and full traceability. UTZ Certified sustainability.
Ripe cherries are dried whole on raised African beds. The pulp remains around the bean throughout the entire process, infusing the cup with chocolate sweetness, caramel and a velvety body — without sharp acidity, just pure Brazilian comfort.
Brasil Doce Samba was created through direct cooperation with the CARPEC cooperative and importer J&D Imports. A transparent chain from farmer to cup — every batch carries a traceability number (LOT 002/154-7/0086). Fair price for the growers, full transparency for you.
