Not every Brazil is “just” chocolate and nuts. This lot from Cerrado Mineiro is proof that Brazil can be fruity, juicy, and surprisingly elegant—especially when a rare Sydra (Sidra) variety is paired with precise anaerobic processing.
In the cup, expect intense fruitiness, a bright, lively acidity, a medium body, and a long finish. Ripe fruit tones and stone fruits take the lead—especially peach and plum—with a distinctly clean, lingering aftertaste.

Why you’ll enjoy this coffee
Fazenda Rodomunho is a family farm in Minas Gerais, near the Parnaíba River, where tradition meets innovation. The family settled in the Cerrado Mineiro region in 1985, and today it is already the 4th generation of producers, built on family management and long-term quality.
The farm is led by Thiago Corsi and covers approximately 450 hectares. Since 2019, they have deliberately focused exclusively on specialty coffee, with an emphasis on regenerative agriculture (as a response to climate pressure, pests, and diseases)—so that quality is sustainable long-term, not just a one-off.
Who it’s for
For anyone who wants a Brazil that tastes “different”: more fruity, juicier, with more sparkle, yet still very drinkable. A great choice when you want something more expressive than a classic “comfort” Brazil, but without a wild fermentcharacter.
